items must be returned in new condition in the original packaging
as received by you. Please include the copy of your order
form that was sent with the product.
Return ship the product via UPS or Insured Parcel Post with shipping
& insurance cost paid by you. Upon receipt of the product
the full purchase price of the product (not including shipping
and handling) will be returned to you. We will
not accept any COD packages.

Refunds
You will receive notification via e-mail of your refund once we
have processed the returned item. Refunds are issued in the same

was made by check or money order, your refund will be mailed to
