offer you two easy ways that you may place your order.

and pay by Check or Money order.
Mail your photograph (not a
laser copy) completed order form and
selected payment.
Make sure to protect your picture from bending. (Use a piece
of rigid cardboard.)

Created your directory listing before sending your order.
No matter what level you choose, your listing will show
as a Bronze listing with only your email and website links
showing. When we receive your payment we will then upgrade
your listing to your desired level of Silver, Gold or Platinum.
To become an Affiliate Dealer you must first be listed in
the Fishing & Hunting Directory.

Order a souvenir Portrait & Coaster
Set;
Print and use this order form if you have
acquired your Trophy by yourself or if the Guide, Charter
Captain, Outfitter, Lodge Owner or Fly-in Service you used,
did not yet offer their clients our Unique Souvenirs.
Using your Guides order form to purchase
a Souvenir Portrait & Coaster Set;
Use this form if you have misplaced the
one your Guide, Charter Captain, Outfitter, Lodge Owner
or Fly-in Service gave you. Then find their listing in the
Fishing or Hunting Directory and copy their Company Name
and ID # to the bottom of the form. We need the name and
ID # so we know what info to put on the bottom of your Portrait
& Coaster Set.
